The car wash was great, and the free vacuums actually worked. Just right. I had an oil change that took about 25 minutes and was the least expensive I have seen in the entire area. I highly recommend for an oil change and a car wash.

Came in to diagnose a very slow leaking tire. The crew was very kind and efficient and got us in very quickly. They were not able to find a leak, so they went above and beyond to check the car error codes to continue to troubleshoot the issue. They then helped us replace the battery without charging us labor and fixed the problem. Will definitely be coming back for future issues.

Excellent service today! Check engine light came on as I was getting on I5 to head to Salem for work. Robersons couldn't do a diagnostic for 2 weeks. Went to Lava, very understanding and helpful. Left my care, diagnosis in a couple hours. The worked with our extended cover, fixed my car, had it back by 4:00 same day!!!! I highly recommend their services. We will definitely use them again.
